"Be a Church with a Vision"

Very Rev. Dr. Thomas Itty Corepiscopa wrote an article for the Souvenir that was released on the occasion of the dedication of the new sanctuary of St. Mary's Church, Dallas

A quote from the article:

"To the best of my knowledge constructive criticisms and positive thinking shall always be allowed in the church with a positive future of the church in mind. Similarly, at any cost individual motives, self-destructive and divisive shall not be permitted in church atmosphere. Money, power, legal logistics or similar things shall not besmirch the primary purpose, vision and functioning of the church."

"Positive future", in my opinion, is one where every Sunday everyone in my family (children most importantly) feel re-energized and renewed for the school and work week ahead.

"Positive future" involves understanding the rich history of the Church, having an Achen who links Scripture and current events in order to shepherd everyone's Faith in Christ ...

A "positive future" entails a true understanding of Christianity, and how to apply Christ's teachings and wisdom to the real world without worrying about details that are really not our place to understand or pass judgement.
